How do you ship and what is shipping cost?
We have worked hard to maintain low rates despite the USPS increase. We send your order out Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation and Tracking through the USPS. With increased postal rates, our rates may appear high, but we do refund any difference in your ship pay and actual ship cost.
Do your products have the ingredients on them?
Yes,some of our soaps come with an ingredient label. A packing slip will come with ingredients of your products also.You can also see our ingredients HERE.
Can I mix soap product orders?
Yes you can buy any of our soap products and we can ship together.
What is your shipping time frame?
Most of our products are shipped within 24-36 hours. Every once in a while because we sell through multiple outlets, we may be waiting on a fresh batch of soaps, loaves or rebatch. These will ship within about 5 days. We will inform you if that situation should arise.
Can I send a package of soap as a gift to someone else?
Yes you can. Just state in the comments box, who you want it to go to and what you want the card to say. Also put in payment ship box. We gladly ship out gift soaps with a card from you. During the Holidays we also send soap baskets out. Please order early.
Are your soaps gentle enough for children?
Are soaps are made with quality natural ingredients. They are gentle for a child's skin. Please make sure that you read the ingredients , as you may have a child allergic to one of the ingredients, although that is rare.
What form of payments do you take?
We gladly accept Visa, MC, American Express and other cards through Paypal. If you have a Paypal account we also accept direct Paypal payments through your checking and saving account.

We also accept Money orders through USPS only. They can be mailed to us with your order # that you will receive upon checkout.
Please note that any unopened product returns are your respondsibility once we have approved your return through email.Your refund will be promptly sent within 10 days of product received in the same form as we received you initial payment.
Do you have wholesale?
We are currently working on our bulk page versus wholesale. It works better as bulk as anyone can buy and you do not need a wholesale #. It will be updated as product availablity changes.
